The production started in the 70’s and concerns red, rosé and white wines DOC Copertino and IGT Salento. The wines have the name of some persons, events and places of the historical period of Hannibal: Zama (the Zama battle that marked the end of the second Punic war), Cartagine (that became famous thanks to the
leader Hannibal), Malco (Hannibal’s General), Motya and Melqart (two of the most important cities of the Carthaginian empire).
All the wines are the result of a controlled and scheduled production system and each processing is controlled starting from the vineyard up to the bottle to guarantee the maximum quality to the consumer year after year.
